Evening or mid-knee length full strapless dress is gathered onto full underdress with foundation. Self bias tube bow or ribbon bow is under bustline. 2 1/4" hem allowed on dress. Narrow hem for sheers.

Brocade, Chiffon, Crepe, Satin, Silk, Voile. Foundation: Taffeta. Underlining (Non Sheer): China Silk. Hem Interfacing (Fabrics other than Sheer): Cotton Flannel.
