Beginner Sewing - Make a Tote Bag

This beginner class is perfect if you've never used a sewing machine before. You'll learn machine sewing fundamentals — threading, straight seams, and neat finishing — while making a trendy tote bag of your own, all in a friendly, supportive environment. You'll leave with a handmade tote bag, new sewing skills, and the confidence to tackle more beginner projects.

All materials and tools are provided, so there's nothing you need to bring — just yourself.

Minimum age: 16. Children aged 12–15 may attend with a parent or guardian who is also taking part in the class.

We may take photos during the session for our website and marketing. Please let us know beforehand if you or your child would prefer not to be included.

Bookings are non-refundable, and rescheduling is limited due to small class sizes — notify us at least two weeks ahead and we'll do our best to transfer your booking, though it can't be guaranteed. Classes need a minimum of four participants to run; if we cancel due to low enrolment, we'll offer a full refund or an alternative date.
