We cater to home sewists as well as wholesale customers. So if you are interested in ordering bulk quantities over 20 meters of fabric then please just send us a message at info@lullabeefabrics.com where we are always happy to help and provide the best wholesale prices. 

Our sample size is approximately 10cm by 10cm. 

Of course, you can! To order a sample swatch, just go to the product listing of the fabric you wish to purchase and click on the ‘’order a sample’’ button. 

We offer individual sample swatches at the price of 99p. Please go ahead and make your purchase of however many swatches you need and add them to your order.

Our product inventory changes all the time so we cannot guarantee that a fabric will be available by the time you are happy with your sample swatch. However, most fabrics are restocked and will become available again, feel free to message us to check for you. For more detail on our sample swatches please click here

Our website operates in GBP (British Pound Sterling) but this can be easily converted to a currency based on where you are (Euro, £, $), you can find this on the top left of the website.

We include a description for all our fabrics with regards to the weight, drape and feel of our fabric choices. However if you would like a little help to make a decision then just send us a message at info@lullabeefabrics.com, we are always happy to help.

The answer to this is Yes! We always provide our fabric orders as 1 continuous piece, so not to worry. For example, if you ordered a 2m and then a separate 0.5m we will merge the two together.

We always think it's a wise idea when choosing a pattern to follow the recommended listed meterage requirements by the designer. Don't forget to take into consideration the width of the fabric. 

This is a rough idea of how much fabric is needed to reupholster a sofa/chair. Do bear in mind we would advise sending your sofa picture to a local upholsterer to get a better idea of exactly how much is needed for your individual project as we can only give an estimate, not specific measurements. 

Unfortunately, we have not fire-tested each of our upholstery fabrics. We would recommend doing a patch match test first. If found that it is not fire retardant you may treat it using a fire retardant spray.

Our A4 swatch card has tiny samples which are approximately 2cm by 2cm approximately each to show each of our colourways in the fabric itself. Some A4 swatch cards may have bigger-sized samples depending on the number of colourway options. 

Most of our fabrics we restock, if you want to check a particular fabric with us, then just contact us at info@lullabeefabrics.com.

We cannot guarantee that every batch of fabric is going to the exact same colour as they can vary between dye lots and deliveries. So it can be possible to find very slight differences in shade sometimes between orders. We would always recommend purchasing your meterage in full at once to avoid any colour discrepancies.

Once your order is received, it is usually dispatched within 24 hrs (1 working day). We aim to ship all our orders within 24 hours of an order being placed Monday to Friday. During busy days it can take 1-2 days for your order to be processed within our system, however once dispatched the delivery time by Royal Mail aims to be within 2-3 working days. We cannot guarantee the delivery time and it can vary considerably across the country. 

If you have recently placed an order and it has not been cut, we may be able to make some adjustments for you. Just contact us at info@lullabeefabrics.com and we will try our very best to make any adjustments needed. However, if your order has already been cut, we cannot make any changes. 

Orders are usually merged automatically, however, if there are discrepancies in the name and full address we would recommend you contact us at info@lullabeefabrics.com and we will try our very best to assist you. 

Our flate rate shipping fee is £1.99 GBP for all standard delivery UK mainland orders under £50 GBP. We do offer free shipping for UK mainland orders over £50.

As long as your fabric has not been cut we can cancel your order. Just contact us at info@lullabeefabrics.com to make a cancellation request. 

We normally include a vat invoice with your order with our VAT number on it. If this has been missed just contact us at info@lullabeefabrics.com and we will get one emailed over to you. 

All our prices include VAT.

We are so sorry if this has happened to you, but we are human and mistakes can occur occasionally. If you have received an incorrect order or you may believe it's a mixup with another customer just let us know but contact us at info@lullabeefabrics.com and we will get the mixup sorted out for you.

If you wish to return back your fabric as you have changed your mind, just message us on info@lullabeefabrics.com to let us know to expect it back. You can return the fabric back to the store address: Lullabee Fabrics, 64 Gough Road, Leicester, LE5 4AN. Once its with us we will get back in touch and. Do bear in mind return postage will have to be paid by the customer, not Lullabee Fabrics. 

If there is a mistake in your order or you have received an incorrect order then please email us at info@lullabeefabrics.com and we will correct any mistakes.

When we cut our fabric, we try our very best to ensure that our fabric is in perfect condition but occasionally we slip up. If the fabric you've received is flawed, just send us a photo and we will send out a replacement or give you a discount/refund as soon as possible. Most of the time you won't be expected to return the flawed fabric.

We take our fabric photos in natural light and carefully edit the images to best represent colours as best as possible. However, due to the resolution variances between each monitor and mobile device, we cannot say that the colour you see in person will exactly match the colour online. 

We do not accept returns on cut fabric, so we always recommend ordering a sample swatch before purchasing your full meterage to make sure you are getting the colour and texture you want. 

However, if you feel that our product picture is misrepresenting a fabric, then please let us know at info@lullabeefabrics.com and we will take a closer look.

The answer to this question is Yes! Click on the ‘Pick-up’ option at checkout and we will send an email, once your order is ready to collect. 

Our shop is open for pickups from 8.30AM till 3PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed during weekends and bank holidays. Please allow a few hours for your order to be completed, or just give us a call on our store telephone number.

Just a thing to note, we keep pick-up orders for up to 6 months, but after that time period, the value of your order will be credited back to you.

Yes, we do, all our UK mainland orders over £50 GBP qualify for free shipping. Please note that this order total is calculated after discounts.

Unfortunately, postal delays do take place. We have no control over packages once they leave our shop premises and we do not have any information beyond what is shown on your tracking information. If your order is not with you within the delivery time period, then please get in touch with us at info@lullabeefabrics.com and we will arrange redelivery in case your local post office has it or open an investigation with the Royal Mail Post.

If your order has gone missing, please contact us at info@lullabeefabrics.com with your order number.  We will look into your order and open an investigation for you. In the event that your order is concluded as lost, we will either get a full refund or a replacement to be sent out for you. 

For damaged orders, please send us a photo of the condition you have received your fabric order and we will follow it up with the courier for you. 

Lullabee fabrics are not responsible for stolen orders. If you suspect that your order has been stolen, please contact Royal Mail and 

 your mail carrier, as well as your local police, to report the theft. We recommend having your order shipped to a secure address, like a business or PO box, to avoid stolen mail.

Of course! Just email us at info@lullabeefabrics.com to arrange reshipment. If your order was returned as a result of an error on our behalf, we will resend it to you free of charge ASAP. If your order was returned back to us due to an address error, or because it was left unclaimed, we will send you an invoice for the return shipping cost prior to resend your order.
